Reporting to the Strategy and Growth leads within Water Global Business, this role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and end-to-end pursuit execution with flexible remote options and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience at senior leadership level.
• 12+ years of related experience, including 4 years in leadership of BD strategy.

• Lead major enterprise pursuits through consultative sales and win strategies.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, and differentiation for transformative programs.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to refine pursuit strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to deliver client value.
• Ensure Go/No-Go rigor and contract compliance throughout the pursuit.
