• Bachelor’s degree and extensive leadership experience at Director/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Win major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader, contributing strategy and sales leadership to create winning strategies.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major programs with clients and partners.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to refine pursuit strategies using win/loss insights.
• Promote collaboration across regional and global teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute strategic campaigns and ensure contract governance.
