Reporting to the Strategy and Growth lead for the Water Global Business line, you will develop winning capture strategies, coordinate cross‑functional bids, and ensure governance throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience, including at a Director/VP level.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience with 4 years in leadership in BD strategy.
• Proven ability to deliver sales metrics and develop compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader to create winning strategies.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure Go/No-Go rigor in the sales lifecycle.
• Align opportunities with client priorities and ensure contract governance.
