Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive leadership experience in business development and enterprise pursuits.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including 4 years in leadership and in consultative sales leadership.
• Experience delivering major pursuits and developing winning value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Win major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader, contributing strategy and sales leadership.
• Direct discovery, differentiation, and delivery strategies for large transformative programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and bidding staff to ensure proposal quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain a diversified pipeline and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
