• At least 12 years of related experience, including 4 years of leadership experience in business development strategy and team management.

• Win major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader, contributing strategy and sales leadership.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major programs with clients and partners.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to refine strategies.
• Promote collaboration across regions to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and go/no-go processes throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a diversified pipeline aligned with business goals.
