Job summary

The role reports to the Strategy and Growth lead for the Water Global Business line, requiring 12+ years of experience, including leadership, and a strong track record in major programs and value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive leadership experience (Director/Vice President level).
• Minimum 12 years of related experience, including 4 years in leadership and BD strategy.
• Proven ability to deliver sales metrics and develop compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Win major pursuits as the consultative sales process leader with strategy and bid leadership.
• Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation and delivery strategies for major programs.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and leverage recent wins/losses to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, bidding and cross-functional teams to deliver proposals.
• Champion the full lifecycle of the sales process with Go/No-Go rigor and QA.
