Job summary

Masterworks is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, non-routine initiatives for its full-service clients. The role places particular emphasis on large enterprise projects requiring tailored planning, cross-functional coordination, and new ways of working.

You will guide products, services, and client deliverables through discovery, planning, execution, and closeout, bringing structure to work where processes are not yet defined and coordinating people,

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with enterprise clients in an agency/consulting/tech environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into organized, actionable project plans.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• PM certification or equivalent training preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with project-management and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, non-routine projects from discovery through closeout with clear scopes and milestones.
• Establish governance, rhythms, decisions, and documentation for each initiative.
• Maintain visibility into status, milestones, dependencies, and blockers; escalate implications as needed.
• Drive process innovation by designing workflows, templates, and documentation for new offerings.
• Identify operational gaps and risks; test and refine processes with client and delivery team feedback.
• Conclude projects with stakeholder alignment, lessons learned, and smooth handoffs to ongoing operations.
