Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• At least 5 years focused on enterprise-wide transformations or strategic initiatives with significant technology components.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple functions, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong change management and business acumen.
• Experience with systems implementation initiatives.
• Proficiency with enterprise program management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate enterprise transformation programs across multiple business functions and departments.
• Facilitate collaboration across service lines, operations, technology teams, and external partners to support successful program delivery.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and maintain effective relationships throughout transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure complex initiatives are effectively managed across teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, and metrics to provide program visibility and enable proactive decision-making.
• Prepare reports outlining project and program health, progress, risks, and key considerations.
