Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with initiative owners, business leaders, and execution teams to ensure milestones, risks, interdependencies, and governance are proactively managed.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong governance discipline, and experience with PMO or enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives or enterprise programs.
• Preferred PMP, or Agile certification (SAFe or similar).
• Experience in a PMO, enterprise strategy/execution in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and issues with visibility and escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Apply standardized PM tools, templates, and governance to drive consistency and disciplined execution.
• Oversee centralized documentation: status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and health indicators.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; plan agendas and follow up on actions.
• Partner with program leaders to align progress with enterprise reporting and governance.
• Prepare updates and dashboards for senior leaders and governance forums; manage external vendors.
• Identify cross-functional interdependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Suggest improvements to PM practices, tools, and workflows to boost delivery efficiency.
• Ensure data integration and smooth system transitions; maintain governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
