Unboxed Training & Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise projects. You will define strategy, align cross-functional workstreams, and drive measurable business value across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, familiarity with PMI/Agile/SAFe, and strong stakeholder and governance skills. On-site office environment with a focus on delivering customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management, with multi-project experience in SaaS/tech/consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs and enterprise transformations.
• Strong knowledge of program frameworks (PMI, Agile/SAFe) and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the program structure, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and align objectives with delivery schedules.
• Establish governance, escalate risks, and drive decisions at the program level.
• Identify and mitigate cross-project risks and dependencies to prevent blockers.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders and track value realization.
