Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting or leading project initiatives.
• Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Matrixed business model experience and ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports cross-functional project activities across multiple departments and systems to enable execution and drive improvements.
• Supports governance processes to plan, prioritize, track, and align work with standards.
• Maintains integrated project reporting including status, risks, schedules, budgets, and benefits.
• Assists in identifying, documenting, and escalating risks and trade-offs for governance decisions.
• Facilitates communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align efforts.
• Supports evaluation of business cases and project outcomes through data collection and analysis.
• Participates in project reviews, postmortems, and continuous improvement activities.
