• Proficient in Agile and/or Kanban methodologies within product management.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business unit objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical improvements that deliver value to stakeholders and users.
• Build and maintain relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders, collaborating to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration.
• Lead product design and implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely milestones.
• Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Leverage emerging technology trends and market analysis to propose enhancements maximizing business impact.
• Manage product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and user enablement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Track and optimize KPIs such as revenue, adoption, and time-to-market.
