Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams and/or large enterprise-scale programs.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• A passion for Salesforce, our values, and especially the role the Salesforce delivery organization plays in our success.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• A proven track record of leading large and complex programs with measurable outcomes that positively impacted the business.
• A strong sense of vision for the customer with execution speed.
• A proven ability to generate trust and build relationships.
• Ability to advise and lead teams through influence without positional authority.
• Ability to quickly build momentum on a program and sustain it.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to influence strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers to deliver success and business value.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure a unified Salesforce approach and customer success.
• Drive engagement and strategy across our multi-cloud platform.
• Build a strategic, delivery roadmap aligned with the customer’s priorities and time to value.
• Provide recommendations with direct P&L impact and expand customer outcomes.
• Coach and partner with customer executives to guide the engagement.
• Lead programs and PMs to ensure scope, budgets, and schedules are met.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams within the program.
