Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Policy Governance Lead to drive the enterprise policy program, partnering with owners, committees, and leadership to build, review, and sustain policies and standards. You will manage lifecycle activities, publish changes, and maintain governance records while collaborating across regulatory and business updates.

The role emphasizes autonomous project delivery, cross-functional communication, and a commitment to robust policy governance within a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in Compliance or financial services preferred.
• Experience drafting and updating enterprise policies, standards, and charters.
• Ability to communicate complex policy concepts to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with policy owners to develop, review, update, and maintain enterprise policies and committee charters.
• Coordinate policy lifecycle activities including drafting, review, approval, publication, and maintenance.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews to ensure appropriate input and challenge processes.
• Prepare materials to support policy approvals through governance committees and Board involvement as needed.
• Support policy publication, communication, and documentation of substantive changes to associates.
• Maintain governance records, inventories, metrics, and reporting for program oversight.
• Collaborate to identify policy gaps and updates driven by regulatory and business changes.
• Assist in improving governance processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
