Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead the company’s highest-priority cross-departmental programs and deliver end-to-end planning and execution. This role reports to the Director, PMO and partners with diverse teams to ensure strategic alignment and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, a track record of executive reporting, and strong stakeholder influence. This remote role supports a hybrid PMO with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management, including cross-departmental programs.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting and manage multiple projects spanning different departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority cross-departmental programs.
• Coordinate across diverse teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, timeline, budget, risks, and outcomes.
