Job summary

Mploylab is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives in our New York office. You will supervise complex projects, drive collaboration across departments, and ensure measurable outcomes align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership. A PMP/CAPM or related certification is preferred, with 3–5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Education and hands-on experience leading enterprise-level projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partner with department leaders to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
• Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
• Serve as the primary contact for project communications with stakeholders.
