Job summary

The role focuses on expanding strategic partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Finance, HR, and Operations to drive multi-year growth and maximize account value.
You will lead consultative conversations, translate complex business needs into tailored engagements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact staffing
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of enterprise, consultative B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to map complex corporate structures and influence senior leaders.
- Experience in forecasting, pricing models, margin optimization, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise accounts to maximize revenue, retention, and margins.
- Establish high-trust relationships with C-suite, Procurement, HR, and leadership to identify opportunities.
- Identify and close cross-sell and upsell staffing opportunities with consultative presentations.
- Lead RFP/RFI processes and complex contract negotiations for high-value agreements.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Global Business Services, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to design bespoke workforce solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention, addressing friction to ensure ongoing success.
