5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or retained search.
Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex roles.
Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based assessments.
Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear insight summaries.

Responsibilities

Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and workforce plans.
Serve as trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and recommendations.
Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements, success outcomes, and priorities.
