Job summary

UKG is seeking a Managing Partner to maximize long-term value and growth across a portfolio of strategic customers. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, executive engagement, and enterprise execution to accelerate outcomes and expand UKG's strategic footprint.

You will translate customer priorities into actionable strategies, align capabilities with sponsorship, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software, consulting, strategic account management, executive relationship mgmt, or related leadership roles.
• GTM experience in manufacturing, retail or healthcare desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy for a portfolio of UKG's most strategic customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligning customer priorities with UKG's capabilities and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to expand UKG's strategic footprint by connecting customer objectives with new capabilities and initiatives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for the relationship.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to execute against strategic customer priorities and governance.
• Expand executive engagement across multiple buying centers to strengthen UKG's influence.
