Job summary

RedSail is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to serve as the operational and technical partner for assigned strategic customers, owning day-to-day execution and ensuring seamless service delivery across pharmacy-related systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and act as the trusted advisor, translating customer needs into actionable requirements while maintaining proactive communication and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management or related roles.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational and technical issues.
• Experience building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Experience operating in HIPAA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated operational and technical partner for assigned strategic customer(s), developing trusted relationships through exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's pharmacy operations, business priorities, pharmacy management systems, integrations, claims routing, data exchanges, and unique workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customers experience RedSail as one integrated organization regardless of teams involved.
• Own end-to-end ownership of customer issues from initial engagement through resolution.
• Lead recurring operational reviews focused on service performance, operational metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
