Job summary

RedSail is seeking an Enterprise Operations Director to lead strategic account management, governance, and scalable operating models across enterprise customers. You will oversee complex escalations, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build a high-performing team focused on long-term customer value and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate customer insights into strategic actions in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise operations, customer operations, or related technology function.
• 5+ years in leadership, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience leading enterprise-facing technical teams in integration-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to establish scalable operating models, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation governance.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate risk and strategy to senior stakeholders.
• Technical and business judgment resolving complex integrations, data exchange, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision, operating model, and priorities aligned with customer experience and growth.
• Develop executive-level relationships and sponsor for account health, risk, and value realization.
• Establish portfolio segmentation, engagement models, and scalable support for strategic customers.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and operating rhythms to meet demand and priorities.
• Provide governance for changes, incident communications, and follow-through on corrective actions.
• Present account-health trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational performance.
