Job summary
RedSail is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to lead multi-site onboarding for pharmacy customers onto the RedSail platform. You will manage implementation plans, coordinate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, and drive go-live readiness and stabilization.
The role requires hands-on experience with pharmacy claims processing, strong project management, and effective client communication to ensure timely implementation and a smooth transition to ongoing account
Qualifications
- 2+ years supporting software implementations or onboarding in a B2B environment.
- Experience coordinating tasks, documenting progress, and communicating status.
- Basic understanding of pharmacy claims processing and healthcare technology.
- Familiarity with connectivity methods and API-driven data exchange.
- Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise onboarding activities for multi-site pharmacy customers.
- Maintain implementation plans, timelines, and issue logs with teams.
- Coordinate across customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal RedSail teams.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness activities.
- Provide regular updates and ensure smooth transition to ongoing support.
