Job summary

RedSail is hiring an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding for pharmacy chain customers onto RedSail’s claims switching and pharmacy technology platform. You will coordinate with customer teams, pharmacy operations, IT, vendors, and internal staff to ensure go-live and stabilization.

The role requires hands-on experience in pharmacy claims processing, strong project management, and effective client communication to manage timelines, risks, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding, or related operational activities in a B2B environment.
• Experience coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, and communicating status across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy claims processing, healthcare technology, or software implementation processes.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims workflows including NCPDP standards, BIN/PCN routing, adjudication concepts, and data exchange.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems, healthcare integrations, switches, PBMs, or healthcare data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned implementation activities for pharmacy chain customers, including multi-site deployments.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Maintain implementation plans, timelines, checklists, issue logs, and status updates.
