Job summary
RedSail Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of pharmacy chain customers onto RedSail’s platform. You will perform implementation tasks, maintain documentation, and coordinate routine activities from contract through go-live and stabilization.
The role requires hands-on technical experience in pharmacy claims processing and strong project management plus client communication skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years with software implementations, onboarding, or related operational activities in B2B.
- Experience coordinating tasks, maintaining docs, and communicating status across stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of pharmacy claims processing, healthcare technology, or implementation processes.
- Knowledge of pharmacy claims workflows, NCPDP, BIN/PCN routing, adjudication concepts, and data exchange.
- Experience with pharmacy tech onboarding or healthcare integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete implementation activities for pharmacy chain customers, including multi-site deployments.
- Be primary contact from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
- Maintain implementation plans, timelines, checklists, logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate activities across customer stakeholders, vendors, and RedSail teams.
- Escalate issues to leads or managers with documented details.
