Job summary

RedSail Technologies is seeking a Technical Account Director in Cranberry Township, PA, to lead the technical account management function and deliver long-term value to strategic customers. You will shape strategy, governance, and performance standards while building a high-performing team and trusted executive relationships across the organization.

You will oversee complex escalations, incident management, and continuous improvement, ensuring scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical account management or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience leading enterprise-facing technical teams and managing complex environments.
• Proven ability to establish scalable operating models, standards, KPIs, and escalation governance.
• Strong executive presence with experience communicating risk and strategy to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, operating model, and standards for the Technical Account Management function.
• Develop executive relationships with strategic customers and sponsor for account health and value realization.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and account-health indicators to ensure service quality and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing TAM team and manage workforce planning.
