Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage assigned accounts, collaborate with sales, operations and IT, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role emphasizes onboarding, pricing support, and ongoing relationship development with major clients.

The position reports to Sr. Director, Enterprise Account Management and requires 5–7 years in transportation, with a degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent and 5–7 years of experience, with 5–7 years in transportation preferred.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and coordinating with sales, operations, IT, and executive teams.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, operations leadership, IT, accounting, and the executive team to ensure open communication and excellent customer service.
• Gather information from members at all levels to identify problems and solutions.
• Propose and implement process and service improvements.
• Support bidding and pricing processes with assigned accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new client accounts with the Corporate Projects team.
• Identify IT integration needs and work with IT project managers.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor KPIs and client SLAs to assess account performance.
