Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Program Manager for Enterprise Learning Systems, remote from home, to lead adaptive learning programs and optimize Workday Learning across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include governance of cross-functional initiatives, evaluation and integration of learning technologies, and coordination with HR Tech, IT, and vendors to drive scalable solutions. PMP/CPTD preferred; bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design and Technology, HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in learning systems, learning technology, LMS, or related field (required).
• 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs; Workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end governance and program management of adaptive learning initiatives, including AML adaptive testing.
• Partner with LMS team to support Workday Learning enhancements, testing, reporting, and complex initiatives.
• Oversee evaluation, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of learning technologies and vendor solutions.
