Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Systems to lead enterprise learning technology programs and optimize Workday Learning. This work-from-home role collaborates with Learning & Development, HR Technology, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support associate learning across the enterprise.

Required: 5 years in learning systems or related fields; PMP/CPTD preferred; bachelor’s degree in a related field and master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design and Technology, HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in learning systems, learning technology, LMS, or related field (required).
• 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs; workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end governance and program management of adaptive learning initiatives.
• Supports Workday Learning enhancements, testing, reporting, and platform optimization.
• Manages evaluation, implementation, and lifecycle of learning technologies and vendor solutions.
• Coordinates vendor and care partner learning needs across internal and external stakeholders.
• Drives complex, cross-functional learning systems initiatives from discovery to adoption.
