Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to manage Workday Learning, provide enterprise system support, and lead learning technology projects. This role focuses on governance, data reliability, and continuous improvement of learning systems across the organization.

The position supports remote work and requires strong experience with Workday Learning, LMS configuration, reporting, and integrations to meet compliance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering a learning management system in an enterprise environment.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data extracts for compliance and operations.
• Experience with system integrations, process automation, or AI tools/enablement, preferably Power Automate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Learning: create, configure, test, deploy content, manage settings, enrollments, and completion logic.
• Validate transcripts and troubleshoot completion/reporting issues; promote content from Sandbox to Production.
• Develop and maintain Workday Learning reports, dashboards, and data extracts; monitor compliance and training effectiveness.
• Respond to learning-related tickets; provide governance and project support across learning initiatives.
• Lead migrations of content/records from legacy LMS; support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
