Project Manager - Learning & Development
Location: On-Site | Contract
We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate training initiatives within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role involves translating strategic learning plans into actionable projects, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders and vendors to enhance organizational learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and manages project plans for learning initiatives, utilizing Monday.com to coordinate scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery activities.
- Tracks project progress, identifies potential risks, and implements adjustments to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Acts as the operational liaison between Senior Learning Consultants, business stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Provides regular status updates to stakeholders and proactively addresses issues to maintain project momentum.
- Oversees logistics for virtual and in-person learning events, including communications, participant enrollment, materials management, and venue or technology setup.
- Coordinates with LMS administrators and technology teams to facilitate smooth delivery of learning programs.
- Supports Senior Learning Consultants in defining success metrics, capturing data to evaluate program effectiveness, and gathering participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within corporate learning and development or human resources.
- Proficiency with learning technologies such as LMS platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to convert strategic plans into actionable project deliverables.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing virtual and in-person learning events and logistics.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Prior experience with project management tools beyond Monday.com.
