Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to optimize Workday Learning, provide enterprise system support, and lead learning tech projects. You will develop reports, automate processes with Power Automate, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across the organization.

This remote-friendly role partners with HR, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable learning solutions, governance, and continuous improvement of learning systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, instructional technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience administering a learning management system in a complex or enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, enrollment and assignment rules, learning records, testing, and production deployment & governance practices.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support compliance, operational, and business needs.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system, integration, access, and data integrity issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday Learning content, settings, enrollments, campaigns, and completion logic.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage transcripts, and promote changes from Sandbox to Production.
• Develop and maintain Workday Learning reports, dashboards, and data extracts for multiple stakeholders.
• Lead governance, data quality, and enterprise learning initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build Power Automate workflows to automate approvals, notifications, and reporting.
