Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Workday Learning, provide enterprise system support, develop reporting and automation solutions, and lead learning technology projects.

This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure governance, reliable data, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of learning systems and processes. Remote work option.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years administering an LMS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Strong LMS configuration, rules, and governance practices.

Aufgaben

• Administer Workday Learning and implement content in production.
• Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Build and support Power Automate workflows for learning administration.
• Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and advise on governance.
