Job summary

Cornell University’s online learning unit, eCornell, seeks a Director, Enterprise Programs to expand strategic partnerships and drive enterprise learning solutions. You will engage senior executives to align workforce development needs with Cornell’s online programs and customized learning opportunities.

This is a remote-based role residing in the Southeast (GA/FL preferred) to support client engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, marketing, or related field.
• Quota-carrying, goal-oriented sales experience.
• Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, executive education, or related services.
• Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly results-oriented.
• Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Ability to manage a territory and pipeline across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory.
• Prospect and engage Fortune 1000 organizations and large employers.
• Build strategic account plans identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies.
• Conduct executive-level discovery to uncover workforce needs.
• Design customized learning solutions aligning with objectives.
• Present to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Position offerings as scalable solutions driving development and performance.
• Manage territory to achieve revenue goals and bookings targets.
