Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Sales Leader – Enterprise Learning Services (ELS) to drive growth across the U.S. East Coast.

You will partner with client leaders and delivery teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic learning engagements that transform workforce capabilities and talent development programs. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build a robust pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating learning needs into ROI-driven investment cases while shaping

Qualifications

• 15+ years enterprise sales experience in technology services or related industries.
• Experience selling complex, solution-based services to enterprise clients and executives.
• Strong consultative, value-based selling with ROI-driven case development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new learning services opportunities across target accounts.
• Develop territory & account plans leveraging Cognizant’s portfolio to drive expansion.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Represent Cognizant Learning Services at events to build brand visibility and inbound interest.
• Collaborate with delivery and solution design teams to ensure sales-to-delivery alignment.
