Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Manager, Learning Technology in Arlington, VA to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the learning technology ecosystem. You will drive enterprise learning initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders to deliver impact.

The role oversees LMS/LXP, content platforms, and AI-enabled learning solutions, championing data-driven decisions, and driving adoption and continuous improvement across the learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, L&D, OD, Business, IS).
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Technology, HR Technology, or Digital Learning.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and related technologies.
• Strong PM and stakeholder mgmt skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the learning technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern learning tech to enhance employee development.
• Oversee LMS/LXP, content platforms, and AI-enabled solutions; ensure adoption and reliability.
• Own end-to-end compliance training management and reporting.
• Oversee L&D tools, Power Platform automation, and scale automation opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing instructional design team.
