Job summary

Community First Health Plans is seeking an IS Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will collaborate with senior business SMEs, drive governance across all project phases, and report progress to Senior Leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HIM or IS.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• 8 years of PM experience leading technical projects.
• 8 years' experience with SDLC (Waterfall, RUP, Agile).
• 5 years in healthcare/MCO claims and clinical data.
• Experience with Jira and Cognizant Product Suite is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide IS projects ensuring scope, deadlines, budget, and quality.
• Provide project leadership across phases with key business SMEs.
• Report progress to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
