Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech-driven insurance solutions provider, is seeking a skilled professional to manage new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. You will oversee timelines, analyze exposure, prepare quote specifications, negotiate terms, and present proposals to clients.

Work closely with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to ensure high-quality service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant insurance experience required.
• Able to work with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Epic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must currently hold an applicable insurance license.
• Pursuit of CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute key components of new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts.
• Oversee timelines, conduct exposure analysis, prepare quote specifications, negotiate coverage terms.
• Present comprehensive proposals to clients and collaborate with Client Advisors and carrier partners.
• Review policies and contracts and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare submissions for new business prospects and renewing accounts.
• Analyze prospect client exposure and develop loss sensitive financial models as needed.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and wholesalers; ensure confidentiality.
• Rating policies in carrier systems to assist quoting and proposals.
