Brex is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide large customers through successful launches of the Brex platform. You will act as hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert to drive broad product adoption and ongoing business value.

Based in Seattle, this hybrid role entails coordinating with senior leaders and day-to-day stakeholders, delivering strategic advisory services, and ensuring adoption across financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS or consulting roles with enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead complex customer engagements across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional impact.
• Proven track record of building customer-centric processes and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches, including scoping outcomes, project planning, stakeholder mobilization, configuration, and integrations.
• Act as a strategic consultant, discovering business needs, running design workshops, and coaching customers on Brex usage.
• Drive customer success and adoption by ramping spending activity and guiding change management across communications, training materials and execution.
• Manage relationships across senior leadership to day-to-day stakeholders, setting expectations and delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver a seamless customer experience and align on partner-led solutions.
• Influence product development by communicating changes to stakeholders and providing input into future roadmaps.
• Build and execute prioritization for multiple high-touch customer relationships.
