Job summary

Brex is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead large-scale onboarding for customers adopting Brex Empower. You will act as hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert to drive broad adoption and ongoing value.

You will guide customers through financial workflow transformations, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS or consulting roles.
• Ability to lead complex customer engagements across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches, including scoping outcomes, project plans, stakeholders, and integrations.
• Serve as strategic consultant by discovering business needs and guiding workshops for Brex solutions.
• Drive customer success and adoption with strategies to ramp spending activity and global change management.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and day-to-day stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Influence product development by communicating changes and providing input into the roadmap.
• Prioritize multiple high-touch relationships to maximize outcomes.
