Job summary

Brex is seeking a Technical Consultant for its Seattle hybrid role. You will own the integration implementations for customers, translating business requirements into effective product configurations and providing best practices for Brex integrations.

You will guide customers from kickoff to go-live, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and contribute to training content to enable long-term success. This role emphasizes strong communication and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with accounting system implementations.
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
• Strong project management skills to own deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration of customer systems with Brex (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) to ensure a smooth go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding ERP architecture and business processes toward optimal integration setups.
• Lead project meetings and technical calls, capturing notes and driving progress from kickoff to go-live.
• Help create and refine training materials and Help Center content to empower users and reduce escalations.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering, turning feedback into actionable insights.
