• Highly detail-oriented with ownership and follow-through.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Scope workflows, requirements, and success criteria.
• Document requirements and translate into implementation plans.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during deployment.
• Set expectations and communicate timelines, risks, blockers, and status.
• Coordinate with engineering and product to prioritize issues.
• Track changes and ensure configurations align with operations.
• Plan UAT, QA, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate internal QA and validate fixes before testing.
• Monitor launch performance and drive rapid resolution.
• Drive post-launch optimization based on feedback and data.
• Maintain implementation playbooks and trackers.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently while keeping stakeholders aligned.
