Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation experience, excellent communication and influencing skills, and familiarity with APIs, SQL, and HRIS

• 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations in professional services, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and recommend best practices.
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise system integrations, retail ops, or digital transformation consulting.

As a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant, you will lead complex enterprise deployments for some of the world’s largest organisations. You’ll work closely with senior and executive stakeholders to understand their business and operational requirements, translate these into scalable platform solutions, and take customers through the full implementation journey from discovery and design through to configuration, go-live and long-term adoption.

This is an opportunity for an experienced enterprise Implementation Consultant who enjoys the full breadth of delivery. You’ll be equally comfortable in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and getting hands‑on with the platform to configure and deliver a solution that genuinely works for the customer.
