Invoca, a remote-first SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments and drive customer outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-impact implementations.

This role supports UK/Europe with CT/ET business hours and requires early-morning availability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical SaaS delivery, hands-on agentic AI experience, and strong program management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery in implementation or professional services.
• 1–2 years building or managing agentic AI workflows with architectural detail.
• Expertise in enterprise-level project management with governance.
• Ability to design and execute new implementation strategies for complex customers.
• Experience running steering committees and executive workshops.
• Strong resource management balancing customer demand and team capacity.
• Deep product knowledge to translate technical concepts for executives.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com).
• Regional availability in CT/ET with early-morning support for UK/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize implementation strategies for varying customer needs.
• Lead high-touch enterprise implementations with multi-phase integrations.
• Deploy Agentic AI workflows within the customer's MarTech ecosystem.
• Manage steering committees and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain project records and track milestones against SLOs.
• Provide data-driven reporting to executives on adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
