Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-stakes engagements across our enterprise customer base. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Implementation Services, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage resource allocation, and engage executive stakeholders through steering committees and governance frameworks.

This remote-first role requires deep product knowledge, a track record of enterprise implementations at scale, and a focus on driving customer business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation or professional services.
• 1–2 years building or managing agentic AI workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Proven enterprise project management with executive stakeholder governance.
• Ability to design new implementation strategies for complex customer needs.
• Experience running steering committees and enterprise-level workshops.
• Strong resource management to balance customer demand with team capacity.
• Deep product knowledge to translate technical concepts for executives.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize implementation strategies for varying customer needs and scalable methodology.
• Lead high-touch enterprise implementations with multi-phase, complex integrations.
• Guide deployment of Agentic AI workflows within the client environment.
• Manage executive stakeholders and governance, steering committees, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain project records, milestones, and adherence to SLAs using PM tools.
• Provide data-driven reporting to executives on performance, adoption, and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for smooth pre-sales to implementation transitions.
• Support UK/European customers with early-morning oversight.
