Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant I on the Commercial team to guide small to mid-sized customers through onboarding on Brex Empower, translating needs into product configurations and documenting outcomes. Based in New York City, the role is hybrid with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS or SaaS consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, capture notes, track actions, and set expectations.
• Help customers translate business needs into Brex configurations with guidance.
• Support timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and user adoption during deployment.
• Introduce integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants as needed.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM to ensure continuity.
• Deliver change-management templates and lead training sessions.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and provide feedback to improve the client experience.
