Job summary

Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and help enterprise organizations strengthen cyber resilience through identity-first security.

You will own the market, build senior relationships, and convert complex opportunities into wins, managing net-new business and expansion while collaborating with channel and alliance partners to extend reach across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity security
• Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multi-stakeholder buys
• Experience using MEDDPICC or similar complex-sales methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise sales strategy across the region and close high-value opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across security, identity, infrastructure and risk
• Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to extend reach and drive pipeline
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
• Represent Semperis at industry events and executive engagements
