Equifax, a leader in data-driven HR, payroll, tax management and compliance solutions, seeks an Employer Services Account Executive in the St. Louis area. You will engage with clients consultatively to understand business needs, forecast opportunities, and propose Equifax solutions that deliver ROI.

Travel up to 50% will be required. The role focuses on strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a high-velocity sales pipeline across multiple large accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related Sales experience including demonstrated experience: managing full sales cycle, product demonstrations, and developing proposals.
• Experience negotiating and closing small to mid-size deals and maintaining CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify customer needs and propose innovative Equifax solutions to maximize value.
• Conduct annual reviews and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Respond to inquiries, RFPs, and proposals while aligning with profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitive developments.
