Job summary

Equifax is looking for a seasoned leader to head the Strategy & Execution team in St. Louis. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, aligning sales and market strategies with corporate goals, and driving data-driven decisions.

You will oversee annual planning, territory design, and KPI dashboards in Salesforce, while ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement across the Mortgage, Housing & Lending organization. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration four days weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large programs across corporate functions (Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Technology, Data and Analytics).
• 7+ years strategizing and delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations.
• 7+ years leading a team of project/program/strategy professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Strategy & Execution team, ensuring alignment with Equifax’s imperatives, sales strategy, financial goals, the company vision and long-term strategy.
• Oversee the execution of strategic plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead meetings with sales leadership to explain data insights, align goals and territory ownership to maximize sales productivity.
• Support annual sales planning, territory design, quota allocation and sales team communication.
• Drive operational excellence, data accuracy and continuous improvement across Mortgage, Housing & Lending.
• Collaborate with leadership and revenue-generating teams to ensure adherence to sales and renewals processes.
• Conduct whitespace analysis to optimize sales territories for growth potential and implement process changes.
• Establish ongoing sales and customer success performance analyses to evaluate contributor behavior and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
• Provide ad hoc support to Mortgage, Housing & Lending teams.
