Job summary

Superside is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Account Development team. This remote role focuses on outbound outreach to enterprise accounts in the SaaS, creative, and marketing industries across the North American market.

You'll identify high-value prospects, initiate conversations, and generate interest in our creative subscription services, collaborating with senior marketing and creative leaders to create long-term opportunities for our sales

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience targeting the North American market.
• Experience engaging enterprise-level accounts is preferred.
• Proven track record in non-transactional sales with complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and nurture enterprise-level accounts using multi-channel outreach.
• Develop strategic, personalized outreach and leverage intent signals.
• Qualify target accounts by identifying pain points and engagement potential.
• Position Superside as a strategic partner beyond transactions.
• Create and nurture opportunities with Account Executives.
• Use Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator to identify and convert accounts.
• Stay active on social platforms, establishing a trusted voice in marketing and design.
