Job summary

Postman is seeking a Senior Key Account Director to lead growth within enterprise accounts, paired with a pod including a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO to deliver value at scale.

You will engage senior technology leaders, drive multi-threaded campaigns, and expand Postman's footprint across large organizations while negotiating complex, multi-year deals.

This is a fully remote role with a collaborative culture and a competitive OTE package that rewards long-term value and success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in strategic account management and expansion.
• Experience selling technical and platform products (developer tools, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or security solutions).
• Demonstrated success in solution selling—engaging with senior technology leaders and driving multi-million dollar expansion deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with multi-year expansion potential.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior buyers to position Postman as a key platform solution.
• Lead multi-threaded campaigns to expand usage and deliver enterprise-wide value.
